Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sandwich toast bread (lawsons or helgas preferred)
  • ½ avocado (scooped and mashed)
  • 2 thin slices of tomato
  • 1 slice coon (sandwich, reduced fat cheese)

FOR CHICKEN

  • 2 tenderloins/ ½ chicken schnitzel (pounded with meat tenderising hammer)
  • Some salt and pepper to season
  • 1 tspn oil/ NO OIL IF USING NON STICK GRILL PAN

Procedure:

-Heat the grill pan and place the pounded chicken on it. Season the chicken. Cook for 2 minutes per side and your chicken is ready to go. Do not overcook please.

-Toast the bread if you want to. Put some lumpy mashed avocado on one slice and cheese of the other one, then some tomato slices and your grilled chicken.

-Close the sandwich and serve.

Chicken Sandwich with Avocado and Cucumber

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms diced chicken breasts (boiled in salt and pepper water)
  • 1  cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2  cup thick cream
  • 1 cucumber (peeled and thinly chunked and sliced)
  • 1 avocado (peeled and thinly chunked and sliced)
  • Some salt and fresh cracked black pepper to season
  • 10 white bread sandwich slices to make 5 sandwiches.

Procedure:

-Chop boiled chicken into small pieces (do not grind or make paste).

-In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, cream and salt and pepper and mix.

-Now add vegetables and chicken and again give it a mix.

-Spread it on bread slices and make sandwiches. Do not press the bread. With a sharp knife cut each sandwich into 4 triangles and serve at room temperature with tea or as a snack.

Cheese Sandwich With Tomato And Cucumber

Cheese sandwich with tomato and cucumber is a fresh and healthy sandwich …

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh bread slices
  • 2 processed cheese slices
  • 1 cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1 tomato sliced thinly

Procedure:

-On one side of the bread slice place a slice of cheese.  Layer with vegetables and place the other bread slice on the top.

-Cut diagonally and serve.

Outcome:

Fresh and healthy sandwich is ready.

Boiled Egg Sandwich

Boiled egg sandwich is I think a perfect breakfast …

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bread sliced
  • Some butter
  • Some salt and pepper

Procedure:

-Boil eggs in salted water For around 10 – 20 minutes. Remove shells and cut them into rings.

-Toast bread (very light) and apply some butter.

-Place the eggs between the two slices and enjoy you egg sandwich. 

Outcome:

Tasty and easy-to-make, less time consuming egg sandwich is ready to be served.

Smoked Beef Sandwich

This is a cold sandwich, very light and perfect For lunch, do try it …

Ingredients:

  • ½ pk smoked Beef
  • 3 multigrain bread slices
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • A tomato slice
  • Some margarine

Procedure:

-Apply some margarine to a bread slice and place smoked beef on it and then a cheese slice and then cover it with the other bread slice.

-Now place cucumber slices and tomato slice on it and cover it with the other bread slice.

-Cut them into two pieces and serve with a glass of juice.

Outcome:

Delicious cold sandwich is ready For lunch.
