-Now with a rolling pin, Flat this ball into chapatti. Spread 1 tbspn of ghee on it.

-Now roll it into blinds.

-Take one edge and Fold it with non – grease side up,

-Then Fold it with grease side top.

-Repeat this process.

-On a lightly Floured surface roll it into a chapatti with a roller pin.

-After 5 – 6 seconds, turn its side and apply another tbspn of ghee on the half – cooked side.

-After 4 seconds, turn its side and apply another tbspn of ghee on it.

-Now turn he sides Frequently and when its cooked (hot red) serve it hot with lots of pickle.

Outcome:

Tasty Lachha paratha is ready to be served.

Ingredients:

FOR FILLING

FOR PARATHAS        

Procedure:

-Marinade mincemeat with all the ingredients given under the heading of Filling. In a thick bottomed pot, place this whole mixture and cook it covered on very low heat.

-After 30 – 45 minutes, it will be cooked, take it out in a plate and allow it cool.

-Now make a kiwi Fruit sized ball and roll it on a lightly Floured surface. Place some Keema*, mixture on it and close all of its edges with Filling trapped in.

-Now roll it again into a nice chapatti and place it on hot Flat pan, tawa*.

-After sometime change its side and spread 1 tbspn of ghee on it and then change its side again.

-On the other side spread 1 tbspn of ghee and then change its side again.

-Change its sides Frequently and when it is hot red, remove From heat and serve hot with yogurt or sour cream.

-Do the same with others.

Outcome:

Tasty Keema parathas are ready to be served.

Prawn Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 thin pizza base/ dough maker’s pizza base
  • 10 – 20 cooked peeled prawns*
  • 4 tbspns pizza sauce
  • 1 tspn oregano
  • ¼ tspn Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 6 – 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup tasty cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • 2 tbspns olive oil

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

-Prepare a pizza base, apple olive oil, pizza sauce and cheese.

-Place prawns and cherry tomatoes and top them with some black pepper and oregano.

-Bake For 20 minutes in a preheated oven on 200 degrees Celsius.

-Slice and serve.

Outcome:

Lovely prawn pizza with tangy cherry tomatoes is ready to serve.

Pesto Chicken is a very tasty and easy-to-make chicken and it is ideal For weight watchers + patients. A perfect dinner For cold winter nights …

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken size 16 skinless
  • ¼ cup vinegar

FOR PESTO

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 big cloves of garlic
  • 4 green chillies
  • Some salt
  • Some Chinese salt
  • Some black pepper
  • 4 tbspns yogurt

VEGETABLES

  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 8 French beans / green beans
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 4 heads of broccoli
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1 carrot

Procedure:

-Wash chicken thoroughly and apply some vinegar on it. Keep aside For some time, minimum 4 hours and then wash again.

-Pat with a clean kitchen towel. Make some deep cuts in breasts and legs.

-In a blender, put all the ingredients of pesto and blend. Now apply this on chicken with your hands. Use your Fingers to apply in cuts.

-Refrigerate over a night.

-Wash and peel potatoes and carrots, trim off the ends of green beans, slice mushrooms and other vegetables.

-In a baking tray, place whole chicken and vegetables and pour the marinade all over. Bake in a preheated oven For an hour or more at 220 degrees Celsius.

-Hot sizzling chicken is ready to be served.

Outcome:

Tasty and different pesto Chicken is ready to be served.

Ingredients:

  • ½ pk of thin sevayyan (Vermicelli)
  •  ¾ cup sugar or to taste
  • 10 cups milk
  • 1 cup sliced pistachios and almonds
  • 4 sultanas
  • ½ tspn cardamom seeds
  • Some sliced pistachios and almonds For garnishing

Procedure:

-Boil cardamom seeds and sultanas in milk and add vermicelli and nuts.

-Stir Frequently until the vermicelli is boiled and mixed in milk.

-Pour this in a deep bowl and garnish with some pistachios and almonds.

-Refrigerate.

-Scoop and serve.

Outcome:

Tasty and traditional sweet dish For Eid (a Muslim Event) is ready.

Ingredients:

  • 12 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar or to taste
  • 1 cup sliced pistachios and almonds
  • 8 sultanas or kishmish
  • 1 tbspn cardamom seeds
  • 2 cups rice (soaked)
  • Some sliced almonds and pistachios For garnishing

Procedure:

-Boil milk and cardamom seeds together and add sugar.

-Crush soaked rice roughly and add them into boiling milk.

-Stir Frequently because once the rice stick to the surface of the utensil, milk catches a very pungent burnt smell, so beware of that because it will spoil your whole dish.

-Boil rice in milk with constant stirring. Add all the nuts and dry Fruits in it.

-Stir, stir and stir, boil, boil and boil.

-When it begins to thicken, remove From heat and take it out in a nice deep dish.

-Garnish with some nuts and refrigerate For 2 hours.

-Scoop and serve.
