Ingredients:

  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (extra sharp) (optional)
  • 4 white bread slices (thick)
  • 16 tbspns pasta sauce/ homemade tomato base sauce
  • ½ tomato deseeded and chopped fine
  • ½ capsicums chopped fine
  • A jalapeno sliced
  • 8 black olives deseeded and chopped fine

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

-Divide all the bread slices into 4 equal parts and apply 1 tbspn of pasta sauce on each portion. Now place 1 tbspn of all the other ingredients on each one of them and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

-Serve hot with tea.

Outcome:

Tasty, hot and sizzling jalapeno bites are ready to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted mincemeat
  • 4 bread slices
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (extra sharp) grated
  • ½ cup tomato salsa, pizza sauce or pasta sauce

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

-Cut each bread slice into 4 squares or triangles and apply some sauce on each one of them. Scoop some mincemeat on them and top with some parmesan and cheddar cheese.

-Bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

-Take out and serve.

Outcome:

Tasty and tangy mincemeat bites are ready to serve.

Rigate Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar or 575g Bolognese sauce
  • ½ kg beef mince
  • 1 pkt hollow pasta noodles or any pasta of your choice (rigate)
  • ½ capsicum chopped
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tbspn soy sauce
  • ½ tspn black pepper
  • 4 tspns dry parmesan
  • 4 tbspns olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of coriander chopped

Procedure:

-Heat olive oil in a wok and stir Fry beef mince in it. After 5 – 10 minutes add Bolognese sauce and mix. Now add chopped onion and capsicum along with all the other ingredients.

-Boil pasta as prescribed on the back side of its packet. Drain thoroughly.

-Now in a serving plate place some boiled pasta and then scoop some Bolognese mixture on it, top with some coriander leaves and serve hot with some dry parmesan.

Outcome:

Tasty and easy Spaghetti Bolognese is ready to be served.

Ya! These rolls are one of my specialities and whenever they are made in Ayesha’s Kitchen (My Kitchen), people
really appreciate and enjoy them and my family is just in love with them. Whenever I make them with tea
or with soup, he realy enjoys eating them, so you people! do try them and enjoy …

Ingredients:

FOR FILLING:

  • 1 boiled breast shredded
  • 1 large potato boiled and mashed
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Some oregano
  • 1 tbspns chopped Italian parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese

FOR ROLLS:

  • 12 Pastry sheets
  • Oil For deep Frying
  • Some Flour and water

Procedure:

-Assemble all the things in a bowl and mix.

-Take one pastry sheet and apply this mixture on all of its sides.

-Place some Filling on one side of this pastry sheet and roll, make sure no end is left open. Do same with left over Filling and pastry sheets.

-Keep in Freezer For 30 minutes and when they are Firm, deep Fry them in hot oil.

-When they are golden brown take them out and serve hot with sour cream or tomato ketchup.

Outcome:

Very tasty and very cheesy rolls are ready to be served.
