Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes (French Fries cut)
- 2 cup gram Flour
- ½ cup sliced spinach
- Some salt
- Some red pepper
- Some coarsely ground coriander
- Some cumin seeds
- ¼ tspn turmeric powder
- Water (as required) ( 1 cup)
- Oil For deep Frying
Procedure:
-Heat oil.
-Combine gram Flour and all the seasonings and add water to make a smooth paste.
-Add potato and spinach in it and mix.
-Now scoop out one tbspn of this mixture into hot oil and deep Fry.
-Take out on an absorbent paper and serve hot with chutney.
Outcome:
Tasty Pakoras are ready to be served.
Tips:
-Avoid lumps.
-Fry each pakora separately.
Servings:
This will serve 4 persons easily.
