Margherita

Margherita Pizza is ideal For cheese lovers, it is awesome …

Ingredients:

  • One thin crust pizza base
  • 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tspn oregano
  • 6 tbspns pizza sauce/ chunky tomato sauce/ traditional pasta sauce

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius For 20 minutes before baking.

-Prepare a pizza base and apply some olive oil on its sides.

-Spread pizza sauce all over and sprinkle mozzarella cheese too. Top it with a little bit of oregano and bake on the middle rack, in a preheated oven For 10 – 20 minutes on 190 degrees Celsius.

-Take it out and let it settle, slice and serve.

Outcome:

Simple yet tasty Margherita is ready to be served.

Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 French bread loaf
  • 3 scoops of soft butter
  • 1 tspn garlic paste / 1 tspn garlic powder
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • Salt and black pepper to season

Procedure:

-Cut French bread loaf diagonally leaving 1 inch distance.

-Mix butter, salt, pepper, spring onion and garlic and make soft paste.

-Apply this paste to both of the sides of French bread slices.

-Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius 30 minutes before baking.

-Place glazed slices on baking tray and bake For 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

-Prepare a beautiful basket For them. Place them and immediately serve with any pasta or lasagne.

Outcome:

Tasty, hot and crispy garlic bread is ready to be served.

Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tbspn sugar
  • 2 tbsns yeast
  • 2 cups warm – hot water

Procedure:

-In mixing bowl combine yeast and hot water and stir until its bubbly and the yeast is fermented.

-Add flour and mix.

-Mix and knead, mix and knead, mix and knead. (use kitchen mixer, dough maker)

-Air tight the container, leaving enough space for the dough to rise.

-Keep the container in a warm place.

-After 2 hours, the dough will be double in size. Pinch and divide it into two pieces. Now you got 2 pizza crusts.

Pizza Dough

Well Dough is the most important and basic element of making a good pizza. The taste of pizza depends on the freshness of dough, so I usually make fresh dough and it takes less than an hour to make it. Today, I will be telling you the recipe of thin crust pizza dough.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 tbspn sugar
  • 2 tbspns dry yeast
  • 1 cup of warm water

Procedure:

– Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and keep aside for 5 minutes until the yeast is fermented.

– Now add flour and mix well.

-Knead knead and knead. Add extra flour if needed. When smooth, put it in a large deep bowl with a lid and keep it covered for 2 – 4 hours at a warm place. When it is doubled in size, pinch and use.

-After 30 minutes you will notice that its volume has been doubled. Now knead it once more to remove the extra air inside.

-Divide your dough into two, each will make a 12” pizza.

-Place one part of dough on a pizza pan and use your fingers to make a fine pizza crust.

-Glaze your crust with olive oil before putting any topping.

Outcome:

Your crust is ready to be baked. Be creative in preparing your toppings!

-Add flour while kneading if you feel that dough is sticking to our hands.

-Knead well.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 2 tbspns olive oil
  • 4 jumbo mushrooms
  • 2 button mushrooms
  • ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbspns chunky tomato sauce/ pizza sauce/ traditional pasta sauce

Procedure:

-Slice mushrooms and preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

-Prepare a pizza base and apply some olive oil on the side.

-Spread pizza sauce all over and then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.

-Place mushrooms and bake For 10 – 20 minutes on 190 degrees Celsius on middle rack.

-Take it out and let it settle.

-Slice and serve.

Outcome:

Tasty mushroom delight pizza is ready.
