Scrambled Egg

Scrambled Egg is the most easy and tasty way to consume eggs, try this recipe and make your day …

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • A pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 tspn butter

Procedure:

-In  a non stick saucepan, melt butter and add cream and let it get warm on medium heat for 1 minute.

-Crack 3 eggs in a bowl and whisk them.

-When butter starts separating from the cream add eggs and start mixing with a wooden spoon until its half cooked. Add black pepper and after 5 seconds scoop it out on lightly toasted bread slice. Serve with a piece of grilled tomato.

Outcome:

Fluffy and creamy scrambled eggs are ready to serve.
