Fried Snapper Fillets


Its very crispy and very crunchy Fish, serve it hot with salads and Fries and enjoy …

Ingredients:

  • 2 snapper Fish Fillets
  • A cup of Flour
  • 2 tbspns corn Flour
  • Some water
  • Oil For deep Frying

Procedure:

-Heat oil in a deep pan or wok.

-Take a bowl and make a paste by combining corn Flour water and Flour. Avoid lumps.

-Dip Fish Fillets in this paste and Fry it in hot bubbling oil and Fry till its golden brown.

-Dish them out and serve hot with Fancy lettuce and variety of salads.

Outcome:

Awesome Snapper Fish is ready to be served.
