Pizza Dough


  • 4 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tbspn sugar
  • 2 tbsns yeast
  • 2 cups warm – hot water


-In mixing bowl combine yeast and hot water and stir until its bubbly and the yeast is fermented.

-Add flour and mix.

-Mix and knead, mix and knead, mix and knead. (use kitchen mixer, dough maker)

-Air tight the container, leaving enough space for the dough to rise.

-Keep the container in a warm place.

-After 2 hours, the dough will be double in size. Pinch and divide it into two pieces. Now you got 2 pizza crusts.
