Kachori Dough


This is the easiest recipe For Kachori Dough, do try this …

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • Some water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbspns olive oil
  • A pinch of cumin seeds/ nigella seeds or carom seeds

Procedure:

-Combine Flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl or kitchen mixer and mix.

-Add water little by little and make rough dough.

-On a Floured surface knead this dough and then in a greased bowl let it stand For 20 minutes.

-If using kitchen mixer or dough maker then this is not a big deal you just need to be careful in your quantities.

-Now after 20 minutes you can use this dough.

Outcome:

Dough For kachoris is ready to use.

-Spend 20 minutes kneading on very low speed if using dough maker.
